This course is the fundamental  foundation of the Gyrotonic System. The student learns the ‘how’s and why’s’ of the Gyrotonic System, the basic ‘hands on’ skills required to teach the technique, and all the basic exercises in the Gyrotonic System.

This is a 12 day course. Gyrotonic PreTraining is a PreRequisite.

This course is followed by a 6 day Apprentice Review.

Students are required to be Certified in this level before taking any of the Specialized Equipment courses or Workshops.
